Performance Training with Brandon of Harrison Athletics at Dayton Sports Complex. 

The focus of Brandon’s training sessions are on speed, agility, strength, hand-eye coordination, and footwork needed for any and all sports. Students receive faith-based led motivation to help build their confidence. The goal at Harrison Athletics is to mentally and physically strengthen our youth by helping them turn their Can’t into Can!
